Industrial Contractor in the Philippines

Flowtork is a PCAB-licensed industrial contractor providing mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works for industrial facilities throughout the Philippines.

Clients can engage us independently for installation, replacement, rehabilitation, testing and commissioning. The equipment may be existing, client-supplied, purchased from another manufacturer or supplier, or sourced through Flowtork as part of a complete project package.

Our project teams work around actual plant conditions, operational requirements and shutdown schedules while maintaining disciplined safety practices and quality workmanship.

Standalone contracting available — no equipment purchase from Flowtork required.

Contracting Without Procurement Restrictions

Industrial contracting services for existing and client-supplied equipment

Flowtork’s contracting capability stands independently from its role as an industrial equipment supplier. Clients do not need to purchase actuators, valves, flowmeters or other equipment from Flowtork before engaging our project team — we can undertake an agreed contracting scope using existing plant assets, customer-procured equipment or products purchased from another supplier.

When one-source accountability is preferred, Flowtork can also combine equipment supply with installation, testing and commissioning.

Existing plant equipment

Flowtork can be engaged to inspect, dismantle, rehabilitate, relocate, reinstall or replace equipment already installed at the facility.

Client-supplied equipment

The client may procure the equipment directly while Flowtork undertakes the agreed mechanical installation, electrical works, instrumentation, integration, testing and commissioning.

Third-party or mixed supply

We can execute projects involving equipment and materials from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, subject to technical review and clearly defined scope interfaces.

Complete Flowtork package

When preferred, Flowtork can provide a complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning package through one coordinated project team.

Built Around Actual Site Conditions

Industrial project execution for real plant environments

Industrial contracting work rarely happens under perfect conditions. Existing facilities may have aging equipment, restricted access, incomplete documentation or limited shutdown windows. Conditions discovered during dismantling may also differ from what was originally shown in drawings.

Flowtork coordinates with client engineering, operations, maintenance and safety teams to develop a practical approach for the conditions found on site.

Flexible around your operations. Firm on safety.

Flowtork makes reasonable adjustments to help clients keep projects moving. This may involve revising the sequence of work, coordinating around plant operations, accommodating approved schedule changes or developing a practical response to site conditions discovered during execution.

Accommodation does not mean bypassing proper procedures. Changes are assessed and coordinated so that safety, workmanship and project accountability remain protected.

Existing Facilities and Brownfield Work

Plant rehabilitation, replacement and upgrade projects

Not every industrial project begins with new equipment or a new facility.

Flowtork can support brownfield projects involving existing valves, actuators, flowmeters, piping, electrical systems and instrumentation. Our team assesses the installed condition and helps determine what can be retained, rehabilitated, modified or replaced within the contracted scope.

Repair where practical. Replace where necessary.

When working with existing assets, Flowtork can document observed conditions and provide practical recommendations for rehabilitation, modification or replacement. Equipment does not need to have been originally supplied by Flowtork for us to evaluate a potential contracting scope.

Potential projects
  • Replacement of obsolete or unreliable equipment
  • Rehabilitation of existing actuators and valves
  • Retrofitting manual valves with actuators
  • Replacement of flowmeters and instruments
  • Modification of mounting and connection arrangements
  • Electrical control upgrades
  • Instrument and signal integration
  • Equipment relocation and reinstallation
  • System recommissioning
  • Phased plant modernization

Time-Sensitive Project Support

Shutdown and turnaround contracting support

Plant shutdowns and maintenance outages create limited windows for completing essential installation, replacement and commissioning work.

Flowtork can assess planned shutdown, weekend and off-hour requirements based on project scope, preparation time, personnel availability and site conditions.

Preparation before the shutdown begins

Time-sensitive execution depends on decisions made before mobilization. Flowtork works with the client to identify technical requirements, equipment interfaces, required materials, permits, access restrictions and acceptance procedures as early as possible.

Shutdown contracting support
  • Pre-shutdown site inspection
  • Scope and interface confirmation
  • Material and equipment readiness review
  • Work-sequence planning
  • Personnel and tool preparation
  • Existing equipment dismantling
  • Installation and replacement work
  • Mechanical, electrical and instrument checks
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Punch-list resolution
  • Documentation and turnover

Project Control and Coordination

An accommodating contractor still needs disciplined project control

Flowtork aims to be responsive to changing project and site requirements — but changes should be evaluated rather than executed informally. When site conditions evolve, we coordinate the possible impact on scope, schedule, materials, safety and technical execution before proceeding.

Scope and interface review

Clarifying Flowtork’s responsibilities, client-provided requirements and the interfaces with equipment suppliers and other contractors.

Work planning and scheduling

Developing an execution sequence around site readiness, equipment availability, access limitations and approved shutdown periods.

Site coordination

Working with client representatives and other contractors to manage permits, access, simultaneous activities and project dependencies.

Progress reporting

Providing updates on completed work, current constraints, required decisions and upcoming activities.

Testing and acceptance

Confirming inspection requirements, test procedures, witness points and acceptance criteria before turnover.

Turnover documentation

Compiling applicable service reports, test results, equipment observations, completed checklists and recommendations.

Flexible Contracting Arrangements
